Doyel Banerjee Bhattacharya -
Doyel Banerji Bhattacharya is a distinguished professional in the field of mental health and education. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, she possesses a strong foundation in understanding human behavior. Her academic journey further extends to an M.Phil in Organizational Behavior, where she explored the dynamics of workplace interactions. Additionally, Doyel holds a B.Ed in Special Education, equipping her to support diverse learning needs.
Her experience encompasses 9 years of dedicated career counseling and special education, helping individuals navigate their personal and professional paths. Doyel is a strong advocate for mental wellness and empowerment, believing in the transformative power of therapy. She engages with her clients in a collaborative manner, encouraging growth and self-discovery. Doyel's holistic approach blends creativity and analytical skills, catering to the unique needs of each individual.

Dr. Shoba Sriram -
Dr. Shoba Sriram is an experienced Special Educator, Teacher Trainer, and Inclusive Education Specialist based in Bangalore, with over 30 years of dedicated work in supporting children with diverse learning needs. Holding a Ph.D. in Special Education from S.N.D.T. Women’s University, Mumbai, she combines academic expertise with extensive hands-on experience.
She is known for her three-pronged approach, working closely with children, parents, and teachers to ensure holistic support. Her expertise covers a wide range of learning difficulties, including reading, writing, mathematics, attention, comprehension, and language, with a strong focus on designing individualized education programmes.
Dr. Sriram has trained educators, developed resource rooms, conducted workshops, and contributed as visiting faculty for postgraduate programmes. Her work remains deeply rooted in practical engagement—assessing learners, guiding families, and promoting inclusive education practices.

Jennifer Schmidt -
Jennifer Schmidt (New York) has been a professor in bilingual and international education master's programs in Spain for the past 14 years. She has been a teacher, trainer, and professor for over 23 years. She has created and taught over 120 courses in centers of teacher formation in all parts of Spain, Europe, and worldwide. She specializes in learning theory, teaching methods and CLIL.

Arpita Bhattacharyya -
Arpita Bhattacharyya (India ), Alma mater - Indian Psychoanalytical Society, is presently working as a Consultant for Autism Intervention & Educator ( Childhood Developmental Disorders ). She has been into handling cases with academic, socio- motor, sensory difficulties especially children with ASD, ADHD, LD & ID for the past 11 years in special school & psychiatric clinic set up. She had been Asstt Professor in RCI training college and Guest Faculty for various institutions like IIT Kharagpur ( Adaptive Devices in Special Needs ) for ASD (both at SPl D.Ed & B.Ed level ) for 9 years. She had been a member of the panel of NIEPMD, Chennai for setting question papers of All India External Examination under RCI & NBER regulations.

Sudipta Hore -
Sudipta Hore has a Master’s Degree in Sociology from Calcutta University. She has a B.Ed. and is also a certified TEFL/TESOL and a Phonics trainer. She has successfully completed sessions and workshops on “Special Education Needs Teachers’ Training” from ‘Mono Bikash Kendra’, Kolkata. Apart from these, Sudipta is also a trained Bharatnatyam dancer, having extensively toured and performed across India. She has more than 17 years of experience, spanning various academic roles as pre & primary Educator in International Schools, across Hyderabad, Delhi & Gurgaon.

Adrija Bhaduri -
Adrija Bhaduri has done her Post Graduation from Presidency College on Sociology. She has also done a Master in Social Work from Jadavpur University. She has been associated with Government Organisation in the survey for highway construction and social development.
She has done her Montessori Training and is presently working with the London College of Teachers and Trainers.

Patricia Franco -
Patricia Franco has a degree on Pedagogy and she’s currently a Neuropsychopedagogy student. She’s been an ESL teacher for 5 years and she's also an Early Years educator. She has been approved as a speaker on several international events such as Oxford Education Research Symposium and 5th International Conference on Advanced Research in Education held in Cambridge (UK). She has experience with Teacher Training through webinars and workshops bringing attention to topics such as pedagogical theories, lesson-planning, neuroscience, language teaching and several others. The goal is always to inspire educators and broaden their minds towards the learning-teaching process.

Swagata -
Swagata holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), showcasing her solid foundation in computer science and applications. Later, she enhanced her expertise by completing a Montessori and Teachers Training course at KMTI, equipping her with advanced pedagogical skills for early childhood education.


Teaching Experience
Swagata's teaching journey began as a computer faculty member in various schools, where she adeptly taught both primary and secondary level students. She also operated her own private tutorial center, supporting learners from school level to degree-level courses. For the past few years, she has been successfully handling students at the London College of Teachers Training, further solidifying her role as a dedicated and versatile educator.
Leadership Roles
In 2017, Swagata took on the role of principal at Tree House Montessori School. As a leader, she guided the institution in creating a nurturing learning environment, emphasizing the Montessori method's principles of hands-on, individualized education.
